I have lived in Switzerland for over 20 years, combining my Greek roots with my passion for baking. With Sofia's Tsoureki, I want to share a piece of Greek tradition, warmth, and hospitality.

HI, I'M SOFIA

Baking has always been more than just a recipe for me.

Cooking and baking have been a part of my life for a long time. Especially when baking, I find peace, joy, and the opportunity to share something with others.

For me, Tsoureki is more than just a pastry. Its scent and taste remind me of Greece, of shared moments, and of the special warmth that I associate with Greek hospitality.

Today, I bake my Tsoureki in Küttigen with much patience, care, and selected ingredients – piece by piece and with the joy of giving something special to others.
